The staff at the reception desk were extremely polite. the hotel is in a magnificent location in Perth, just off the center of China/Japanese center off the main Williams Street. It is close to Northbridge center, museums, shopping malls, and restaurants.

everything was really good during 1 day, greatly enjoyed its excellent and fab location close to maccas the other direction, the airport, food and train station, and northbridge walking distance to the heart of perth cbd. we were given newly remodelled, nicely furnished room with bathtub.

Had good sized room, awesome breakfasts, you guys rock!

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was large. The place was well priced.

The hotel was hospitable and comfy, staff were ready to help. Exceptionally attentive and helpful staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The breakfast I had was inexpensive with an affordable rate and very very good value.

The room was recently renovated with excellent quality and had a clean bathroom with a shower and tub.

The hotel is absolutely great and stunningly beautiful. Located in a good area close to great restaurants, shops, bars, and Northbridge and Perth city. Many eating places of various price structures in William St Neat room with a nice bathroom and bath. Smoke detectors provided for guests' safety.
